Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We strive to provide a supportive and flexible learning environment while ensuring that all participants have an equal opportunity to benefit from our classes. Please review our cancellation policy carefully: Full payment for the class is due at the time of registration to secure your spot. Because we have to buy supplies in advance and class size is limited: - A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the class start date. - A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation is requested less than 14 days before the start date. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the first class session. All reasonable efforts will be made to catch students up who have to miss a class, but no make up sessions will be offered. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. In the rare event that a class session is canceled by the organizer, participants will be offered the option to attend a make up session or receive a pro-rated return of funds for the single session. If for some reason Inklings needs to cancel the entire class, a full refund will be offered. We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
